Prior to co-founding Guiding Eagles, Rachel predominantly worked in senior management roles within the luxury consumer goods industry, having a proven track record of building teams from diverse backgrounds to succeed in the global arena and delivering breakthrough business results.

Rachels holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney.  Rachel is a certified Master Coach by the Behavioural Coaching Institute, a Member Coach of the International Coaching Council (ICC) and a Certified Coach of Stakeholder Centered Coaching (Marshall Goldsmith). 

With a distinguished career in the Banking and Insurance industries for over 30 years, Guiding Eagles Co-founder Daniel Tam brings a wealth of corporate experience, management knowledge and strategic insight to Guiding Eagles governance.

 

Having held key positions in the treasury department of a number of large international banks, Daniel possesses in-depth business and financial knowledge, the ability to determine and track strategic trends, and a keen sense of insight into the changing environment within the global arena.

A well seasoned professional, Daniel ensures that Guiding Eagles continues to drive for excellence, always staying in the forefront of financial trends and staying in touch with the ever-changing challenges that impact our clients, whether in Hong Kong, Asia, or abroad. 

 

Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney. Daniel Tam ensures  Guiding Eagles ever-continues to deliver practical and result-oriented solutions to all our clients, big or small.

Prior to joining Guiding Eagles Coaching and Consulting Ltd. in 2017, Franklin was a
manager with one of the 'big 4' audit professional firms. Franklin is a certified Public
Accountant recognized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(HKICPA). He had been taking up supervisory roles in projects covering sectors as fashion, investments, real estates, consumer business, hotels and resorts, and working with multi-nationals with different geographical locations, namely, USA, UK, Australia, China and Korea.

Franklin had been a team leader in various projects, leading and coaching local and
overseas teams in achieving business objectives. He had also taken part in the role of a facilitator in internal training of associates  Franklin double-majored in Risk Management & Finance at the University of Hong Kong.

 

Franklin is certified in The Birkman Method, Hogan Assessments and

Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 by the Management Research Group. Franklin acts as Guiding Eagles facilitator and consultant specializing in team development workshops and leadership development.

​A seasoned Consultant and Trainer, Hayman specializes in delivering communication and presentation training, including public speaking as well as specialized technical training in accounting systems, delivering projects to a diverse client base ranging from local SMEs to large multinational organizations.   Outgoing and approachable, Hayman is able to connect with a diverse audience group, customizing his approach and material to help participants connect workshop learning into practical application in real-life work situations. 

 

With more than 15 years of experience as an Accounting Professional and an Accounting Systems Project Consultant, Hayman has built up a strong ability to study and analyse the business needs of the client to create practical solutions to enhance performance, while at the same time having the interpersonal acumen to influence, create alignment and buy-in among stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.  As a trainer and facilitator, Hayman brings in his professional experience to create a learning experience that blends both a logical and methodical approach, with a flexible communication and presentation style to connect with the individual participant 

 

Volunteer work and community consciousness have been a big part of Hayman’s secular career, he continues to work with an international non-profit educational organization and works closely with an international team of volunteers in disaster relief and education work, including public speaking engagements and conducting empathetic communication training of volunteer workers.
